Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the US. This is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations need to happen within 2 hours of placing the order. Please email us at hello@lightkeepercrew.com immediately. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Each Crystal Kit is curated around a specific intention. Common crystals include clear quartz, rose quartz, amethyst, black tourmaline, citrine, and selenite. Each kit comes with a guide card.
Crystals are ethically sourced and natural — minor variations in color and shape are part of what makes them real.
Our necklaces are 18k gold-plated over brass (nickel free). They are tarnish-resistant when cared for properly (avoid water, perfume, and chemicals).
Chain length is 16 inches with a 2-inch extender.
Our Aura Sprays are designed to be light and uplifting.
The scent lingers on skin for 2–4 hours and in a room for approx 60-90 minutes.

Returns & Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. LightKeeper does not issue refunds or accept returns. We do offer exchanges for damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 7 days from date of delivery at hello@lightkeepercrew.com.

*Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@lightkeepercrew.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Product Care
We recommend cleansing new crystals before use by placing them in moonlight overnight, using Palo Santo or sage smoke, or setting them on a selenite plate. Keep crystals away from direct sunlight, harsh chemicals, and water.
Remove your necklace before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying perfume/lotion.
Clean gently with a soft cloth.
